Our Policies

Appointments 
We are happy to accept appointments for Safety or Emission Inspections. We also accept appointments for all other work that needs to be done. The earliest promised completion time can be no sooner than the end of that business day.
 

Vehicle Drop Off 
Planning to drop your car off before or after hours? Please complete the drop off form that’s located near the front door and please place your key and the form in the drop off slot.
 

Vehicle Pick Up
All vehicles must be picked up within 3 days after notification of completion of repairs otherwise a charge of $35 per day will be incurred by the owner for storage.
 

Free Shuttle Service (Reston and Vienna metro stations only)

  • We will take you anywhere you need to go within a 5 mile radius (including the Reston East / Whiele Ave Silver Line, Vienna Metro Stations)

  • Please be sure to give us a heads up that you will need a ride when scheduling your appointment

  • Shuttle service not available for drop off inspections without service work

  • We offer our shuttle as a courtesy to our customers. We are unable to guarantee service availability or timely service on short notice. Availability will depend on a variety of conditions, including pickup location, drop-off location, and current vehicle availability
     

Discounts

  • Unless otherwise noted, all discounts, coupons and discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer

  • One coupon per customer per visit

  • Coupons must be presented at time of payment
     

Warranty Repairs

Unfortunately warranty repairs cannot be made on warranty parts we did not install.

 

Personal Items

We ask you to please remove all your valuables before leaving your vehicle for service. We assume no responsibility for loss of your personal items left behind in your vehicle.
